Their appears to be a major flaw in the movie JOHN CARPENTERS " THE THING.
AT the beginning of the movie " yes" the movie" when the two norwegians land their helicopter in the american camp " two norwegians come out of the helicopter immediately.

The one on the left side of the tv screen then immediately starts chasing the dog.
Far enough that's hes clearly not going back to the chopper.
"🤩🤩AT ALL.🤩.

But the other guy on the right side of the screen clearly stays near the helicopter.

THEN THE GUY NEAR THE HELICOPTER GRABS A BOMB TO TOSS AT THE DOG.
THAT MOVE" IN ITSELF" IS SORT OF FLAWED " due unto the fact his partner as well as members of the american camp are in front of him chasing the dog.

So" it's a bit irrational.

But the real point of why I'm mentioning this information is simply this.

The guy that got out of the helicopter to the left is clearly not the guy who clearly got out of the chopper on the right side of the screen  holding the bomb.

The guy who got out on the left side of the screen was therefore " clearly safe" from the bomb that went off and blew the helicopter up.

So?

See?
What I'm saying?
If that literally is the case?

So? Why the hell was the guy near the helicopter again apparently?

In the next scene?

Too?

That doesnt make any rational sense.

As the first guy was clearly chasing the dog.

You dont turn around then.

In a situation as serious as that.

You go shoot the dog.

He was holding a power rifle.

That's a rifle.

 anyone who watches the movie  can see the first guy was holding a rifle.

And he was chasing the dog.

Away from the helicopter.

" so?

 why then is it that the other norweguan who got out of the chopper on the left side of the screen" simply vanishes from the movie" after the americans clearly shoot the Norwegian guy who got out on the right side of the chopper .?

Meaning the guy who threw the bomb.

And accidentally blew the chopper up with the bomb he threw.

That guy ALSO then starts chasing the DOG.
Too.
And then he immediately gets shot by the americans.

And killed.

OKAY.

FINE.

That's believable.

Sure.

I SUPPOSE.
But my point is this.
what happened to the guy that got out of the chopper first?
On the left side of the screen?

He starts chasing the dog.
Sure.

But then he just disappears from the whole picture.

And no one one ever sees him again.

Where  did he go?

OOO HE IMMEDIATELY APPEARS BACK AT THE CHOPPER?

IN FRONT OF IT?

LAYING IN THE SNOW?

THATS RIDICULOUS.

HE WAS FAR ENOUFH AWAY FROM THE CHOPPER THAT HE WOULDNT RUN BACK TO THE CHOPPER AND LAY IN THE SNOW.

IN FRONT OF IT?

WTF?

UNLESS THEIR WERE THREE NORWEGIANS?

OBVIOUSLY.

OR THIS IS A PARTIAL HARRY HOUDINI MAGIC SHOW.

FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.

Another point?
In the next scene that shows the chopper and the 2 norwegians?
The guy who got out first and the guy holding the bomb ?
Their clearly the same person.

And " earlier on?
You can clearly see that the guy flying the helicopter?
The pilot?

He looks nothing like the guy who dropped the bomb.

YeS. look closely.
What i just wrote here?

THAt  ALSO clearly verifies that I'm correct in saying that's a flaw in this movie.

Clearly it is.

The guy " all of a sudden laying in the snow too. In front of the helicopter?
That's clearly not where the Norwegian dropped the bomb accidentally.
So?
Why the hell was he in the snow looking for the bomb there.

Apparently.

If that's not where he OR HIS PARTNER  originally dropped the bomb?

THAT THE GUY WAS GOING TO THROW AT THE DOG.

What's that?

Those are unneccacary flaws in this movie.

I still remember something.

24 hours  before it happened I had a horrific dream .

I woke up in a cold sweat.

I think right around the time the first jet bit the towers.

I was standing on my  bed in a cold sweat.

And i was banging on my window screaming " STOP THE PLANE! STOP THE PLANE!""

THE ONLY THING THAT MADE ME WAKE UP?

MY FIST WENT THROUGH THE GLASSS AS I POIUNDED ON MY WINDOW.

AT 256 WAHARNCLIFFE ROAD WHERE I LIVED IN LONDON.

ON SEPTEMBER 11TH 2001.

THE DREAM WAS INTENSE.

I DREAMT PLANES WERE HITTING THE TOWERS.

THEN EXACTLY 24 HOURS LATER?

IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED.

Weird  ...

Why Would GOD LET ME SEE IT HAPPEN IN A DREAM? ONLY 24 HOURS BEFORE?

It's the only time in my life I WOKE UP STANDING ON MY BED.

AND I WAS POUNDING ON MY WINDOW.

TIL IT SMASHED.

WHILE I WAS SCREAMING.

HOW WAS I TO KNOW ?

IT WOULD HAPPEN 24 HOURS LATER ? THOUGH?

FOR SURE?

The only thing that snapped me out of my vision ?

BREAKING THE WINDOW WITH MY FIST.

STRANGE.
